Terms & Conditions :

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services.

• Chandan Jewellers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Product Information

• All jewellery products are described as accurately as possible.

• Slight variations in weight, design, color, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the process.

• Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in gold, silver, diamond, or gemstone market rates.

• All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned on the invoice.

• Making charges, stone charges, and taxes will be clearly mentioned in the final bill.

4. Orders & Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm an order.

• Custom or made-to-order jewellery requires an advance payment and cannot be canceled once work has started.

• Payments can be made via cash (as per legal limits), UPI, card, bank transfer, or approved digital modes.

• We do not store card or payment information.

5. Hallmarking & Certification

• Gold jewellery is hallmarked as per BIS guidelines where applicable.

• Diamond and gemstone jewellery may be accompanied by an authorized certification.

• Customers are advised to verify the hallmark and certification at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to manufacturing or external factors.

• Customers must check the product at the time of delivery or pickup.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Buyback

• Returns or exchanges are allowed only as per our return policy.

• Making charges, taxes, and stone charges may be non-refundable.

• Buyback or exchange value will be calculated based on prevailing market rates on the date of return.

• An original invoice is mandatory for any return, exchange, or buyback.

8. Repairs & Alterations

• Repair or alteration services are subject to feasibility and inspection.

• Chandan Jewellers is not responsible for breakage due to wear and tear or misuse.

• Charges may apply for repairs and resizing.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal and billing information.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, weight, and pricing before finalizing the purchase.

• Loss of an invoice may affect eligibility for future services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the jewelry purchased, as stated on the invoice.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, images, and content belong to Chandan Jewellers.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy

• Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Personal information is used only for billing, delivery, and service-related purposes.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jajpur.
